Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) launched last July 24 their latest development project – Westwind at Lancaster New City.
“When we designed Westwind, we knew we were developing something special because we were offering the best of both worlds. Westwind at Lancaster New City aims to provide the following amenities:

Profriends’ Strategic Business Unit Head Eric Ganaden added that their first low-rise condominium project inside Lancaster City Cavite, is a total of 23 buildings, 3,500 units and will be from four to six levels high. Each building will have an average of 130 units and density of 30 to 35 units per floor.
Westwind will attempt to redefine the Filipino families’ condo living as it offers a different type of set-up with their properties. Residents may save significant time on commuting by accessing essential goods and services that will be made available within the development. The project will also have ready transport systems establishing “connectivity” to Metro Manila and nearby major growth nodes of Cavite, which will help lessen the hassle of commuting to reach key destination points.
In their effort to promote healthy living within the community, Profriends will also incorporate various amenities and features which include dedicated jogging paths and bike tracks to encourage physical activity, a serene nature walk surrounded by lush landscaping, outdoor lifestyle open spaces which are dedicated for meditation, work, gatherings, events, and others. The land development of the 13-hectare Westwind at Lancaster New City will start on the 1st quarter next year while building construction will begin on the 3rd quarter of 2024.
